How long do we work together?
Most clients work with me for 4 to 6 months. This allows enough time to address root causes, support nervous system regulation, and create meaningful, lasting change. Healing takes time, and working together over a longer period allows for a truly tailored and supportive experience.
What kinds of concerns do you support?
I commonly support women experiencing: Digestive issues and food sensitivities, Histamine intolerance, Anxiety and nervous system dysregulation, Hormonal imbalances, Chronic low energy and burnout. Our work is always personalised to your individual needs.
Is this a medical service?
No. My services are educational and supportive in nature and do not replace medical care. I do not diagnose, treat, or cure disease. I encourage clients to continue working with their medical providers alongside our work together.
How do you decide what recommendations to make?
Everything is guided by your experience. How you feel, how your body responds, and what feels sustainable all matter. The process is collaborative. We adjust and refine together as your body changes.
What if I’m not sure this is the right fit for me?
That’s completely okay. If at any point I feel that another practitioner or approach would better support your needs, I will be honest and guide you toward appropriate alternatives. Your wellbeing always comes first.
